About Needham Housing Authority

The Needham Housing Authority, located in the town of Needham, Massachusetts, manages or owns a total of 396 housing units located primarily within two State-funded and three Federally- funded housing properties. Additionally, in 2009, the NHA completed the construction of High Rock Homes; a homeownership development consisting of 20 For-Sale condo townhouse units and 20 rental townhouse units.

The NHA controls 120 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers. The NHA does not, however accept applications for its Section 8 voucher program. All Needham Housing Authority voucher applications are accepted and processed by the Dedham Housing Authority.
